All delivery costs are automatically calculated with all orders over £300 having free delivery and any order below being £5.95.
Mobility Scooters Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us, in an unused “as new” condition within 7 days of delivery and receive a full refund (less delivery costs). Collection can be arranged and will be chargeable at cost.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations Mobility Scooters gives customers a 7 day "cooling off" period in which orders can be returned from the delivery date.
Upon receipt of the goods, you are required to return the product(s) and are personally responsible for return delivery including any delivery cost. Any returned products must be complete and undamaged unused and returned in its original outer packaging.
Mobility Scooters reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement or to refuse any products not returned in their original condition including packaging.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
