Steve This e'mail is to say how thrilled my husband and I are on receipt of his Pride Celebrity XL8 mobility scooter. Your advice and help on which model would suit Chip (that's my husband's nickname) was absolutely SPOT-ON. The price and delivery of the machine was excellent - Thank you. We cannot tell you how very pleased we are about the scooter. Chip is now independent which you cannot put a price on. Dear Steve Thank you very much for the prompt despatch of the Pride Go-Go Traveller Elite Plus 4, which we received on Tuesday. Sandy, my wife, is very pleased with the scooter. We took it out for the day on Wednesday to Marwell Zoo, where we spent nearly eight hours. My father-in-law, who came with us, has a Sterling Little Gem scooter which he uses when he goes out with us in the car. (The Go-Go Traveller and the Sterling Little Gem both fit next to each other in the boot of our Zafira without having to be totally dismantled!) Dad was impressed by the comfort of the seat of the Go-Go Traveller Elite Plus 4, and would like to have one for his Little Gem. I took out the 'Detent Pin' and the 'Seat Post' from the Go-Go and tried them out on Dad's Little Gem - and they fitted. Dad then tried out his scooter with the Go-Go's seat, and was pleased with it.

Hi Steve, cant thank you enough for your generosity of information and help, your clear and informative guidance helped me understand the complicated braking mechanism on a Pride buggy that saved me a shed load of time and grief, i now have a far better understanding of the system and its workings to my advantage and with no gain to yourself, would be a far better world if everyone could be so helpful, just waiting on the new part to arrive now and then the buggy will be back to full health, if there is anything i can do in return, dont hesitate to give me a buzz Steve, thanks once again John Tate

Hi Steve I wish to thank you for the fist class + service I have received from your company I contacted you whilst searching for a scooter .Having decided on the model, a Pride Go Go Elite Traveller 3 Plus, asked you for your price. I was pleasantly surprised at your low price of ?540 with next day delivery having been quoted ?800 by a nearby Mobility shop. Other internet retailers were also near to the ?800 and sometimes dearer than this, but none equalled your price. After 2 months a small problem arose with a slightly noisy rear axle. When I informed you, there were non of the expected quibbles one sometimes experiences and a replacement rear axle was sent. Surprise surprise you then turned up at my home and made sure everything was ok! The way you run your business in my estimation is unique in this day and age where bad service would in many cases seem to be expected. Your company deserves to do well, and you are welcome to use my name for anyone contemplating buying a scooter. Best of luck for the future Henry Summerfield
