Sorry for the delay in reply but I lost your e mail in amongst my other clutter. I am more than happy to recommend your excellent service to other users. When the key snapped in my wifes Strider scooter I trawled web sites looking for a replacement lock, despite many companies advertising spare parts they have very poor stock, tyres and batteries and thats about it. I found your web site well after 5pm and e mailed you with my dilemma, your reply was very fast and recommended the parts required could be bought for about £2.50 at Maplins, you offered to supply if I had difficulties.I purchased the parts as you described and am very pleased. I am in no doubt you saved me a chunk of money. Its refreshing to find a site with first class service/advice, I would have no hesitation in recommending your site. Well Done.

After having my previous Electric scooter for a few years it came to a time which I needed to update it, which I dreaded due to the extremely high cost I was being quoted by Mobility shops for a new one. I decided to search the Internet to see if I could reduce the cost of purchasing one when I came across your web site. And being a sceptical person, and not fully trusting the Internet, I honestly did not believe the price you were selling the Traveller Go Go plus at, it was more than half the cost of some sellers. There had to be a catch, I thought, either that or they are second hand machines. I wish to thank you for the fist class + service I have received from your company I contacted you whilst searching for a scooter .Having decided on the model, a Pride Go Go Elite Traveller 3 Plus, asked you for your price. I was pleasantly surprised at your low price of £540 with next day delivery having been quoted £800 by a nearby Mobility shop. Other internet retailers were also near to the £800 and sometimes dearer than this, but none equalled your price. After 2 months a small problem arose with a slightly noisy rear axle. When I informed you, there were non of the expected quibbles one sometimes experiences and a replacement rear axle was sent. Surprise surprise you then turned up at my home and made sure everything was ok! The way you run your business in my estimation is unique in this day and age where bad service would in many cases seem to be expected. Your company deserves to do well, and you are welcome to use my name for anyone contemplating buying a scooter. Best of luck for the future Henry Summerfield

Dear Steve Thank you very much for the prompt despatch of the Pride Go-Go Traveller Elite Plus 4, which we received on Tuesday. Sandy, my wife, is very pleased with the scooter. We took it out for the day on Wednesday to Marwell Zoo, where we spent nearly eight hours. My father-in-law, who came with us, has a Sterling Little Gem scooter which he uses when he goes out with us in the car. (The Go-Go Traveller and the Sterling Little Gem both fit next to each other in the boot of our Zafira without having to be totally dismantled!) Dad was impressed by the comfort of the seat of the Go-Go Traveller Elite Plus 4, and would like to have one for his Little Gem. I took out the Detent Pin and the Seat Post from the Go-Go and tried them out on Dads Little Gem - and they fitted. Dad then tried out his scooter with the Go-Gos seat, and was pleased with it.

Dear Steve So good of you to phone to ensure that my machine had been delivered safely and that all was well. You just beat me to it as I was about to send you an e-mail to say how impressed my wife and I were with everything about this order. A little time has now passed I'm afraid as we've been busy for a day or so and also making the most of the good weather. I have to say that you quote an excellent price for such a good machine plus so easy to order followed by incredible service in terms of delivery. It would be impossible to improve on the way you help and treat your customers. I don't know of many, if any at all, suppliers who provide such a service. Fitting the scooter into the boot of my car (a BMW 316ti SE Compact) is a little more difficult than I had hoped but I've ony tried it once so far! I'm sure that with more practice I shall find the best way to deal with it. The main thing is that it can be done. Hi Steve I thought that you might like some feedback on our recent transaction. So here it is. Some weeks ago I was looking for a PrideGoGo Elite Traveller Plus scooter for my wife. My local shops quoted me between £800 and £999 so imagine my suprise when I found the Mobility Products site on the net and saw the very same model for £540 inclusive of delivery. Now I like a bargain but I always have the feeling that if something appears too good to be true, it probably is. However having read the feedback and spoken with Steve, I decided to order it. The following morning this large packing case was delivered to my doorstep and inside was the scooter, beautifully packed and complete with full instructions and even a spare set of trim. Last week we decided to take our Motorcaravan to Lincolnshire and the scooter came with us. Its very easy to disassemble and is ideal for this purpose. It coped with Lincolns uneven pavements and cobbled streets and also the inside of the Cathedral and castle. Back at the Caravan Club Site It was fine on the grassy banks and walks and did everything that was required of it. My wife and I were most impressed with the power and ther is no doubt that larger moter and the 17ah battery make all the difference. Thank you for the great value and the excellent service. Hi Steve, Oh my goodness I love my scooter, its great being able to go from place to place in comfort, I have never been happier, I have Cerebral Palsy so walking is really hard for me and now I have all this freedom. Your professionalism and care was present from the moment you answered the phone, I explained to you what I was looking for and you did your best to advise me on what would be most appropriate, offering me lots of options on the pros and cons of each scooter and not trying to sell me the most expensive scooter but one that would suit my needs. Hi Steve I wanted to add my comments below, to your testimonial page on your website please:- Due to my pride, it has taken me a long time to buy and use a mobility scooter. I finally knew the time had come to swallow my pride and begun a search on the internet for a Pride Go Go Elite Traveller 4 I was shocked to see the low prices offered by Mobility Products compared to other websites. I paid £499 for my scooter from Mobility Products, others sites ranged from £800 to £1,000 I rung through my order to Steve at about 12pm on 28th October and Steve delivered it by 8am the next morning! 20 hours later!!! Steve demonstrated the scooter, how to drive it, dismantle it and re-assemble it. I was impressed with the price, speedy delivery and personal service. Next came the hard part! Forgetting my pride and using it! Under cover of darkness, hubby & I went to the local pub, something that I couldn’t do before without being in pain and struggling with the walk. I was amazed! We got there in no time, the scooter performed well and I was pain free! Why on earth hadn’t I bought one before? The drive home was just as good, but made better by the fact that I actually looked forward to getting back on it (oh, and the pint of Fuller’s ESB!) Dear Steve here is some feedback for your website; we would like to thank you for your help and assistance in purchasing my new Pride GoGo Elite Traveller Plus 4. After speaking to you in person on Thursday evening to enquire about the Pride GoGo Elite Traveller 4 / Traveller Plus 4 models. We rang back on Friday evening with our decision to go for the Plus model and you made arrangements for us to view and collect the scooter from your unit on Saturday morning (where else can you get service like that). My wife went out on the scooter last week and it is everything she expected and more besides. The acceleration is fantastic especially when crossing roads and the turning circle is better than we expected for a four wheeler. On boxing day I got a puncture and I thought let me see if Steve could give me any advice on what to do and what my options would be, yes I knew it was boxing day but thought if I just leave a message he would get back to me after the bank holiday but no, Steve responded without delay, and a new wheel and inner tube was received 2 days later and I was back on the road again.
